Buying on behalf

Order Procedure

Download the Order Form and fill in your order details. (Click HERE to download.)
Email your order form to us at gotaobaosg@gmail.com.
We will reply with your First Payment amount and the estimated date of arrival.
You transfer First Payment to our POSB/UOB/OCBC account.
We will proceed to buy your order items as soon as we receive your First Payment.
It takes about 5 - 9 working days for your order to arrive in Singapore upon receiving your First Payment. We will weight your order items when it arrives and calculate the actual international shipping cost as Second Payment.
Once Second Payment is cleared, we will mail your items as per your requirement. Or we will collect your Second Payment when you come and pick up your items.

Should there be any problem of your purchase, we will help to communicate with seller for solution.

Service Charges= Purchase Amount x 8%

Note: Service charge could be higher for orders with big variety in types of products while purchase amount is very low. E.g. Total 50 different products, and the total amount is around $100 SGD or less, we'll charge $0.3 per product, that's 50 x $0.3=$15 instead of 8% of the total amount.

We have much lower rates for business/companies/blogshop owners/spree organizers on a long term partnership basis. They enjoy the Premium Member's rate at between 3% to 5%. And enjoy shipping discounts! However, Premium Members are only approved based on the first 3 times order's amount and frequency. Inquire with us now. :)

In brief, what you need to pay for your order is :

Taobao Purchase Amount + Service Charge + International Shipping Charge ( + Local Delivery )

♥ Taobao Purchase Amount = Item Price x Quantity + Kuai Di (China domestic courier charge)

♥ Service Charge = Taobao Purchase Amount x 0.08

Calculation Steps

First Payment : (Item Price + Courier 快递) / 4.7 x 1.08

where 4.7 is the RMB-SGD exchange rate and 1.08 is 8% service charge plus the purchase cost.

First Payment should be collected as confirmation of your oder placement.

Second Payment : International Shipping Charge + Local Mailing

Air Freight: First 500 grams (S$8) + any following 500 grams at S$3.50

Example: item weight 1,500 grams=$8 + $3.5 X 2= $15 SGD

Second Payment should be collected before delivery or upon pickup.
